We did a lot of shopping around for the right electric fireplace, and after a quick look in the shop we saw a few we liked. The gentleman that served us was very knowledgable, gave us some great advice and didn’t mind me measuring the fireplace we saw a number of times. A bonus for us that they had it in stock so once we had gone home to check the sizes we returned and purchased it. A great bunch of guys and very good at product info. Many thanks. Our living room looks brilliant now.
Not sure what’s going on with this company, but we visited the shop a few months back regarding a new fireplace and were told the fitter would call to make arrangements to do a survey. Here we are several weeks later, after various chasers with no meaningful communication until last week when an appointment was finally made for a visit today, but he didn’t turn up (we’ve been at home all day). Instead, we have a missed WhatsApp call with no message (why not call the mobile number?). Pretty poor to be honest. So we will be going elsewhere.
Check this place but I found they were the best price for stove glass.
