TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL... Mikkel who introduced himself as the Managing Director of the company came at our property to have a look and he appeared very keen to take the job and give us a quotation . It's been a moth since I've been chasing him and I haven't had any response to any of my phone calls , messages or emails .
RUDE !!! No manners , no work ethic ... definitely not the guy you would want to deal with and surely not the guy you would want to let him in your house
This company installed a bespoke AV system in our home when we remodelled our downstairs. Overall, we were really impressed with the service and the end product. At the outset we knew nothing about AV systems or was on offer but they clearly explained the options and came up with an system which met our needs and budget. They worked closely with our builder to ensure the electrical and cabling work was installed correctly which ensured minimal hassle for us. The engineers doing the install were very professional, left no mess and provided an excellent service in terms of ensuring the system was set up and working properly, and were also very patient in explaining how the system operated. We are really happy with the system, the quality is excellent, looks great (no cables!) and it has changed the way we enjoy music/movies and TV in our home. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of installing an AV system in their home.
These guys were fantastic. We installed Sonos, Crestron, CCV, and a telephone telephone intercom system in a 5 story home. We also installed wireless boosters because as you go up in these old homes - the wireless signal diminishes. We ran into multiple complexities bc of historical home restrictions and old wiring in the home. Mikkel and AV Solutions spent hours making sure everything worked seamlessly. In a world where we don’t have time to figure things out ourselves, Mikkel and his employees made the system work simply and seamlessly. When there were updates from Crestron or Sky, they came over and made sure everything was working as planned. These guys are professional, courteous responsive and know the definition of client service. Highly recommend!
