KNQ Associates (specifically, Stanley Tham) has been the ID for three of our homes, and they've all been very aesthetically pleasing and satisfying projects. Every project has been imbued with what we like to call the signature Stan touch: innovative and quirky design elements that are also functional and integral to the theme. We love working with Stan because he takes the time and effort to fully understand and cater to both the client's needs as well as their personality. And, equally important, work with all the barang-barang that the client already has in their home. Finally, Stan is also very mindful about budgets and deadlines. And offers the reassurance that all his sub-contractors deliver top-notch work, with no corner-cutting on materials. My wife and I look forward to even more inspiring work from Stan. We would like to thank our ID Stanley for being able to complete our renovations despite being given a short timeframe of only 2 weeks. This is indeed a pleasant surprise for us considering we had already sold our house and the Covid19 restrictions brought in its own challenges! This is the 3rd property for which we have engaged his service for full house renovation. Stanley has an amazing gift to transform a home from ordinary to outstanding! Stanley listened carefully to our needs, patiently gave us advice and accommodated our requests when we changed our plans. Really love the posh design that he proposed. Stanley had the whole workflow well-organised and was also very responsive, keeping us updated on the progress of renovations regularly. Thank you so much for making the whole renovation process stress-free for us! We would definitely continue to use his service in future and recommend him to my friends.

Quality of materials was poor. The hinges of all cabinet doors started breaking after 2 to 3 years. When we called Stanley to inform of thi, he tried to imply that it was due to wear & tear. After it happened to almost all of the dooers he finally admitted it was the poor quality of the hinges. I had to pay $400 to replace all the hinges. KNQ did not replace for the replacement. Very poor customer service,very sarcastic even when the fault was his. Do not go to them.
