Our newest designer piece focuses on the architectural professionals of Sia Moore Architectural International. Founded over a decade ago by experienced architect Banu Altay, Sia Moore Architectural International set up roots in Istanbul and rapidly started delivering first-class results. Today, the firm (which operates as an international brand) is known for its commitment to striking and luxurious architectural designs that include everything from private villas and palatial mansions to 6-star hotels and boutique resorts.

No wonder that the firm has walked away with quite a handful of awards over the years, including the Arabian Property Awards 2018-2019 and The 2017 Stevie Awards for Women in Business.

Sia Moore’s clientele (who hail from diverse locations such as Dubai, Russia, Kuwait, etc.) have a range of exclusive services to pick and choose from, including (but not limited to) architectural designs, interior-design concepts, project consultancy, and 3D modelling and renderings.

Let’s indulge in ‘Kaş Villa’ located in the port city of Antalya, Turkey.

Project info

Sia Moore took control of this project, for a private client, in terms of concept design and project consultancy. The project? A villa with its own backyard entertainment/lounging area, including a swimming pool and various features and fixtures to enhance some al fresco socialising.

The design style? Modern.

The area layout? A not-too-shabby 1050 m².

Modern meets organic

The sheer modern style which was chosen for the villa wasn't picked only to give the structure a contemporary edge, but also because of the location. Those straight lines, clean finishes and neutral colours become that much more prominent when merged with the green, lush and raw landscape in the background.  And vice versa.

The end result is a top-notch modern structure that embraces an organic style thanks to its perfect setting.

Ready for relaxation

Straight lines and modern designs aside, the prime function of this structure was to give the very fortunate homeowners (and their guests) a spa-like relaxation space. Hence, the clean, subtle design coating up everything from the patio floors to the second-storey ceilings – and yes, even the pristine garden trimmings and landscaping, although part of the 3D renderings, seem to be of first-rate quality.

Space to spare

Like every project that the company works on, Sia Moore first considered the client’s wants and needs. Those were then balanced with all the possibilities the firm and its team were able to craft to meet the client’s desires, as well as a possible layout for the villa’s design.

In the end, a light and airy ambience was chosen to take control of the entire design. Hence, the clean-cut style of the villa, plus the way the interiors literally open up to the patio, pool and garden.

Perfectly practical

Word has it that the villa's interiors (which we are not able to witness yet) flaunt the same modern style as the exteriors. However, with what the world is currently going through, we'd much rather spend some more time in the sunny outdoors with that perfectly crafted pool, multiple lounging options, and eye-catching villa design.
