The interior:

One large space was created. By extending the wall to include a fireplace, the spaces are both separated from one another, as well as connected. The view over the top is uninterrupted, while the lines of sight are kept intact. The division creates a cosy atmosphere, and each space has its own purpose. The layout is oriented towards the large windows with a beautiful view. The apartment features 2 large bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. The entire apartment is spacious and offers a pleasing freedom of movement.

Colours and materials:

The colour palette is neutral with contrasting dark custom cabinetry and a herringbone floor for warmth. Rich fabrics were combined with marble and opaque glass. The light/dark contrasts are strong, creating a lively effect in combination with the light from outside.
